I had ordered a bridesmaid dress from Azazie that needed to be taken in about 4 inches at the waist, and Susan made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. She was incredibly personable, professional, and friendly, making me feel comfortable right from the start. She knew exactly how to adjust the dress to flatter my body, and the results were beyond my expectations. For the first time ever, I didn’t even need shapewear under my dress, which made the day so much more comfortable! Her turnaround time was quick, and the whole process was seamless. Susan doesn’t just cater to what you think you need; she educates you with her professional recommendations and knows exactly what will look best. I can’t say enough good things. I was desperate for a quick alteration, and Susan was so helpful, so quick, and so communicative with me. She did such an amazing job hemming a (more intricate dress) and it looked like that’s how I bought it. I’ll be returning to her with any of my alterations needs.
